Shipping Policy

At Drew Lees Art & Photography, I strive to provide you with the best possible service and experience. I offer worldwide shipping for all of my prints.

My shipping rates are based on the size of the print, as well as the destination. The price is the same regardless of the number of prints in one order. Orders are dispatched personally by myself. I use trusted carriers (usually the Royal Mail) to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner, fully tracked.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

I do not presently carry stock, so at the moment each print is printed to order - It takes around 3–5 business days for me to receive your custom-ordered product from my regular print house, and a day or so more for me to ship your order. More than 50% of my orders are shipped within 7 business days.

If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please don't hesitate to Contact Me. Great care is taken in packaging my products to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please Contact Me immediately so as I can resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Drew Lees Art & Photography.

If for any reason you are not happy with your product, I offer a 30-day return policy for all prints and products, as long as the print is returned to me (at buyers expense) in the same condition is was sent.

Please Contact Me before returning any items.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, I will gladly exchange it for a new one or provide you with a full refund. Please Contact Me within 7 days of receiving your order if this is the case.

Please note that I do not offer returns or exchanges for digital files. However, if you have any issues with your digital file, please Contact Me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
